Set up automatic payments

Set up automatic payments with Auto-Pay.

It’s easy: Select the "Payments" tab, then under "Schedule Auto-Pay," select to pay the minimum amount or the full statement balance from the checking or savings account you specify. This account can be the same or different from the one you use to make one-time payments.

Activate alerts

You will receive notifications to remind you that a payment is due. Other alert options will notify you about potentially unusual account activity—for example, an international transaction, a "card not present" transaction, name change, and more.

When is my payment due and how do I make a payment?

The due date for your payment can be found at the top of your monthly statement. If you do not have access to your monthly statement, please call 888–642–3311 or visit a local branch. You can pay your balance one of these ways:

What is the current interest rate on my card?

Your rates are listed in the Interest Charge Calculation section of your monthly statement. You can also find out by calling 888–642–3311 or visiting a local branch.

How do I add my card up in Apple Pay®, Google PayTM, or Samsung Pay®?

For Apple Pay® on your iPhone®:

  • Go to Settings > Wallet and Apple Pay.
  • Tap Add Credit or Debit Card and follow the prompts.


For Google Pay™ on your Android® Phone:

  • Get the app: Install the Google Pay app from Google Play if it's not already on your device.
  • Add your Union Bank Debit and/or Credit Card.


For Samsung Pay® on your Samsung® device:

  • Find the app pre-installed on your phone or tablet, or download it from Google Play. Then sign into your Samsung account.
  • Scan your fingerprint or iris and enter a pin, so you can authenticate future purchases.
  • Snap a picture of your Union Bank Debit and/or Credit Cards and provide your signature where necessary. Your cards are securely backed up and can be restored with your Samsung Account.
