Get started using your card

Its easy to activate and register your card.

Get Started with My Credit Card Portal
  • Once you've received your Union Bank Credit Card, activate it by calling 888-955-4141 or visiting My Credit Card Portal at https://unionbank1.fdecs.com/

  • Enter your new Union Bank Credit Card number and click "Submit"

  • Verify your identity by entering the information requested

  • Register your account by creating a new username and password

  • Receive notification of successful authentication

  • Log in to your account

  • Click the activation link in red

If you are an Online Business Program Administrator you can manage your card online for added convenience

Contact Customer Service at 888-643-9800 or visit a Union Bank branch to be set-up as an Online Business Program Administrator so you can:

  1.     Be provided with a unique User ID and login instructions to My Credit Card Portal at https://unionbank1.fdecs.com/.
  2.     View transactions, available credit and balance for each cardholder
  3.     Set up automatic payments with Auto-Pay. It's easy: Select the "Payments" tab, then under "Schedule Auto-Pay," select to pay the minimum amount or the full statement balance from the checking or savings account you specify. This account can be the same or different from the one you use to make one-time payments
  4.     Activate alerts for payment due, international transaction, card not present, name change, and more
  5.     Control credit limits for each cardholder
  6.     Control charging privileges for each cardholder
  7.     Set up electronic credit card statements

Earn and redeem points

Visit My Credit Card Portal at mycreditcard.unionbank.com to track and redeem your rewards points. As a Union Bank customer, you will earn extra reward points when you shop online with participating merchants.

Earn points with every purchase

  • Earn 10,000 bonus points when you spend $5,000 in the first 3 billing cycles.
  • Earn 5 points for every $1 spent up to $25,000 annually on select business expenses (such as office supplies, utility bills, and telecom services), 1 point per $1 spent thereafter.

  • Earn 2 points for every $1 spent up to $25,000 annually on gas station and restaurant purchases, 1 point per $1 spent thereafter.

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases.

 Add your card to your phone's mobile wallet

On your iPhone®:

  1.     Open the iPhone Wallet app.
  2.     Tap the plus sign in the upper right corner.
  3.     If you've already added your new card to your iTunes account, enter the security code on the back of the card to add it to your phone. Otherwise, tap "Add a different card" and use your phone's camera to add your card.

On your Android™ device:


  1.     Open the Android Pay app. You may need to download it from Google Play.
  2.     If you've already added your new card to your Google account, select your card on the "Choose a card for Android Pay" screen. Otherwise, tap the plus sign to add your card.
  3.     Enter or confirm your card details.
  4.     Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  5.     Confirm your lock screen settings.

On your Samsung® device:


  1.     Find the app pre-installed on your phone or tablet, or download it from Google Play. Then sign into your Samsung account.
  2.     Scan your fingerprint or iris and enter a pin, so you can authenticate future purchases.
  3.     Snap a picture of your Union Bank Debit and/or Credit Cards and provide your signature where necessary. Your cards are securely backed up and can be restored with your Samsung Account.
