This automated, password-protected service lets you bank by phone. With automated Telephone Banking, you can:
  • Review account balances and transaction activity
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Change your ATM PIN
  • Order copies of checks or statements
  • Reorder checks
  • Locate a Union Bank® branch
  • Make unlimited calls to the automated system to review balances and account activity (For certain transactions, such as requesting stop payments or copies of checks, you may pay reduced fees.)
Accessing Telephone Banking is easy. Just follow these steps:
  • Call 1-800-238-4486
  • Speak or enter the last eight digits of your ATM or debit card via the keypad followed by the # sign
  • Enter your four-digit Telephone Banking PIN followed by the # sign
  • Follow the menu options
