2. Make the Switch
Complete the following forms to set up automatic deposits to, and payments from, your new account.

Direct Deposit Authorization

Give permission to employers or other companies to establish Direct Deposit into your new account. Automatic deposits you may want to switch over or add to your new Union Bank account include:

Automatic Payment Authorization

Account Closure Request
Once you verify that all outstanding transactions (debits and credits) have cleared your former checking account, go ahead and close the account at your former bank.
