About Cedar & Herndon

Since 1997, the Union Bank Cedar and Herndon branch has been serving the communities of Fresno and Clovis. We are located 1.5 miles from California State University of Fresno (Fresno State) and 2.2 miles east of Highway 41 and offer ample parking for our clients. In 2019, we became the first Express Kiosk branch in the Central Valley, allowing our clients to conduct banking transactions on their own or with the assistance of a staff member.
