What are the ‘Make a Payment’ Terms and Conditions?
Funds for this transaction must be available in your bank account. If there are insufficient funds when your payment is scheduled to be drafted, your bank will return the electronic payment, the payment will be reversed from your account, and the fees will be automatically assessed for insufficient funds, as permitted by law.

Disclosure
The online Recurring Payment Drafting service automatically drafts your scheduled payment from your bank account on a monthly basis. By signing up for our Recurring Payment Drafting service, you authorize us to initiate drafts from the checking or savings account that you specified at time of enrollment. Your mortgage payment draft will occur on the specified date each month or the next business day if the specified day is a non-business day. If additional principal payment amount is selected, it will continue on a monthly basis.

How far in advance should I deactivate a Recurring Payment?
Deactivate Recurring Payment Drafting
Please be advised that you must cancel your Recurring Payment Drafting at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled draft date to ensure the payment is not drafted from your account.
Certain rights and obligations with respect to preauthorized electronic fund transfers are governed by the rules and regulations of your depository Bank.
