Credit Card Forbearance
We are taking action to assist our Consumer and Business Credit Card clients impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak by offering payment relief options during this challenging time. The Union Bank® Credit Card Forbearance Plan features a 90 or 180-day option, with similar terms (see both options below):
Summary of 90-day forbearance plan:
If you are already enrolled in a Union Bank Credit Card forbearance program and would like to request additional forbearance, please select this option.
Once your request for the forbearance plan has been processed, a confirmation letter will be mailed to you within 7-10 days. If you would like to request the 90-day forbearance plan, please start here:
Summary of 180-day forbearance plan:

*If you apply for the 180-day forbearance plan and are already enrolled in a Union Bank Credit Card forbearance program, you will automatically be enrolled in the 90-day plan.
Please note for both 90 and 180-day plans:
After the relief period ends, all standard account terms, including the standard minimum monthly payment due calculation and your standard late fee, will be reinstated. Please note that if no payments are made during the relief period your outstanding balance will continue to grow so your minimum monthly payment due may be higher than it was prior to the program even if you do not use your card for new transactions.
If your account is enrolled in automatic payments to pay the full statement balance each month, that feature will be turned off. If you wish to continue to use the automatic payment feature, you will need to re-establish it after the relief period ends.
