Help - Set Up Alerts

How do I set up my Alerts?
Just complete three steps to add another level of control to your accounts: 
  • Step 1: At Set Up Alerts, choose the first account for which you want to add alerts. Then select the specific alerts you would like to receive. Customize them by entering a dollar threshold or other criteria that are important to you. Select Continue.
  • Step 2: On Set Delivery Options, select email, text message, or both. Select Continue.
  • Step 3: Your Alerts setup is complete.

Note: Please check with your mobile phone service provider for message and data rates that may apply.
Which account types qualify for receiving Alerts?
Most checking, savings, and money market accounts qualify to receive alerts. The list of available alerts will be different for each account type.
