Help - Set Delivery Options

What delivery options are available?
You can receive your alerts as an email message or a text message to your mobile phone.
To help ensure delivery of email alerts, be sure to set your spam filter to accept emails from notifications@services.unionbank.com.
How do I change my contact information?
On the Set Delivery Options page, select Change Contact Information. This will allow you to change your primary email address or phone number for alerts and other Online Banking communications.
Can I receive my alerts on my mobile phone?
You should be able to receive alerts on your mobile phone as a text message. To receive a text message, you will need to provide us with your mobile phone number at the time you set up an alert.
Note: Please check with your mobile phone service provider for message and data rates that may apply.
Can I assign different delivery methods to different alerts?
Yes, you can apply your preferred delivery method to all of your alerts or you can apply different delivery methods to different alerts.
