Help - Replace a Debit/ATM Card

You can replace your card if it no longer functions properly when you swipe it (or tap a PayPass card) at a merchant, if the numbers on the back of the card become illegible, or if your card is otherwise damaged. Your replacement card will arrive in the mail in about three to seven business days. You can continue to use your old card while you await your new card.
To replace your card, select the last four digits of the card number you wish to replace and select Replace Card.
