Help - Pending Payments

This page gives you an overview of all of your pending payments, including payments you've scheduled to be sent today and in the future. View the payee name, Union Bank account you’re paying from, amount, send date, and frequency of payment. You can also edit or cancel payments on this page by selecting the Edit or Cancel links next to each payment.

Why is most of my account number hidden?
Most of your account number is hidden to help keep your accounts confidential and secure. We also hide your account numbers with your payees. To display your full account numbers, go to Account Services and select View Full Account Numbers.

When will payments be deducted from my account?
We will debit your account for the amount of your payments on the send date you entered when you scheduled them.

How do I track the status of a payment?
To track the status of a payment, go to the Payment History area of Bill Pay, where the status of your recent payments is displayed, and find the payee in the list. To view a complete history of your payments to a particular payee, select the View History link next to the payee's name.

What if a payment doesn't arrive on time?
If your payment instructions were complete and accurate, we guarantee that payments will be delivered within the specified number of business days it takes to deliver your payment. To inquire about a late or missing payment, go to the Payment History area of Bill Pay and find the payee in the list. Select the View History link next to the payee's name to go to the Payee History page. Then select the View Detail link next to the payment to initiate a payment inquiry.
