Whom can I pay with Bill Pay?
You can send payments to any company or individual in the U.S. via Bill Pay. You can also make payments on your Union Bank loan or line of credit with Bill Pay. We strongly advise against using Bill Pay to pay your taxes, because tax payments often must be accompanied by coupons. Union Bank will not be liable for any penalties resulting from late or missing tax payments.

From which Union Bank accounts can I pay?
You can make payments from any Union Bank checking or money market account or from your UnionBanc Investment Services Portfolio Connection account.

When will payments be deducted from my account?
We will debit your account for the amount of your payments on the send date you entered when you scheduled them.

How long does it take to deliver my payments?
The time required to deliver a payment is indicated below the send date. Remember that these are business days, not weekends or holidays. Delivery times vary, so be sure to take this into account when you schedule payments.

How are my payments made?
Most payments are sent electronically. If your payee is unable to accept electronic payments, we will mail a check.

Is there a charge for using Bill Pay?
Online Banking and Bill Pay are free of charge to our customers. Other charges such as stop payments will still apply. See our "All About Personal Accounts & Services Disclosure and Agreement" for details.
