When can I expect to receive my alerts?
Account Alerts will generally be delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Pacific Time, unless you specify other times. Certain alerts will be sent as soon as the event happens. Other alerts are sent after the previous day's postings to your account.
How can I change the delivery hours for my alerts?
You can change Alert delivery hours to suit your convenience. To change Alert delivery hours, select Alerts, then "Change Alert delivery hours."
What should I do when I receive an alert?
If you have a question about the alert you received, we recommend that you go to unionbank.com, log onto Online Banking, and check your account details.
How do I set up more alerts?
You can set up more alerts by selecting Alerts, then Set Up Alerts in the upper right. See Alerts Overview for the types of alerts available.
