Help - Account Detail

On this page you can view recent activity in your accounts, along with your beginning and available account balances. Choose the account, time period, and type of transaction you want to view using the menus provided. You can also change the order in which transactions are displayed. To view images of checks or deposits, just select them.

How can I view activity in different accounts?
Use the pull-down menu provided to switch between one account and another. Recent activity in each account you select will be displayed automatically.

Why is most of my account number hidden?
Most of your account number is hidden to help keep your accounts confidential and secure. We also hide your account numbers with your payees. To display your full account numbers, go to Account Services and select View Full Account Numbers.  

What is the Ending Available Balance?
The Ending Available Balance reflects recent debit card transactions that have been authorized, but have not yet posted to your account.

Can I download the data into my financial management software?
You can download your recent account activity into Quicken® or other financial management software by selecting Download Account History.

Why hasn’t my deposit been credited to my account?
If the deposit was made at a Union Bank ATM before the cut-off time posted, it will be considered received the same Business Day as made. Deposits received after posted hours, or on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, will be considered received the following Business Day.

What is my running balance?
Your running balance is the amount of funds in your account after the transaction on the same line has taken place.
