Leadership Council for Inclusion (LCI) is the executive diversity and inclusion council at Union Bank. Senior leaders from throughout the bank who primarily report to our executive committee members sit on the council. This group, representing each major business unit, is the catalyst for diversity and inclusion (D&I) corporate programs, provides leadership, and drives the execution of business unit D&I strategies to further strengthen diversity at Union Bank.
