What is the Union Bank routing number?

The Union Bank routing number (aka ABA number, routing transit number, etc.) for wire transfers and for setting up direct deposit to your Union Bank account is 122000496. If you are ordering checks, the routing number will depend on the branch where your account was opened. Find a branch using the website.

How do I report my Debit/ATM card lost or stolen?

Log in to your account and Select Accounts, Account Services, and select the link for Lost or Stolen card. You can also call us at 1-800-238-4486, and select option 0, or from outside the U.S., call us at 1-323-720-5858, and select option 0. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

How do I reorder checks or deposit slips?

If you are a current Union Bank Online Banking customer, you can reorder checks for your personal account by signing on to Online Banking, select Services, then select Check Order.

How early in the day can I access updated account balance and transaction information?

Union Bank updates your account information by 6:00 a.m. (PT) Tuesday through Friday and by 8:00 a.m. (PT) on Saturdays, except on bank holidays. There is no update on Sunday or Monday. All transactions completed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are included in the Tuesday morning update.
