How it works
Business Deposit Overdraft Protection
Link your eligible Business Checking, Business MoneyMarket, or Business Savings account to your Business Checking account, and funds will be automatically moved to cover Debits when there is not a sufficient Available Balance in your account. Fees may apply.
Business Line Overdraft Protection (subject to credit approval)
Link your Business Line of Credit account to your eligible Business Checking account and funds will be automatically moved to cover Debits when there is not a sufficient Available Balance in your account. Fees may apply.
Overdraft Coverage
We may cover your checks, automatic bill payments and other transactions (at our discretion) when there is not a sufficient Available Balance in your account. Fees may apply.

  • $10 Daily Transfer Fee for all Business Checking, MoneyMarket, and Savings accounts except for Bank FreelyTM Business checking that has a $0 daily Transfer Fee. Other Overdraft Fees may apply.

  • $33 Overdraft Fee per debit we pay or return (daily maximum $198)
  • Additional fees of up to $35
  • No fee for declined ATM or debit card transactions

How to enroll
  • You must enroll your designated accounts.
  • You must enroll your designated accounts.
  • You must apply and be approved for a Union Bank Business Line of Credit.
  • You may be automatically enrolled approximately 30 calendar days after the date you open your account.
