Message from the President

September 14, 2022

I am pleased to share that we are making considerable progress planning for the acquisition of Union Bank by U.S. Bank. We expect to close the transaction by the end of 2022, pending regulatory approvals, and client account conversion is targeted for the first half of 2023. We’ll be communicating with you in the months ahead to help you make the transition to becoming a U.S. Bank customer.

In the meantime, Union Bank and U.S. Bank remain separate and independent companies until the transaction closes. Union Bank will continue to provide you with the highest level of service, integrity, financial insight, and client support to meet your financial needs.

Thank you for your patience as we work toward bringing these two companies together.
